All orders are on a 3-4 week turn around time, but may take longer. This means our goal is to have your order completed and shipped out within 3-4 weeks. If we see that your order is going to take longer, we will reach out to you using the information you provided at checkout. This estimate does not include transit time. During seasonal times and fedaeral holidays, order processing may take longer.
Please note: Because embroidery is a specialized service, only a limited number of trained team members operate our embroidery machines. Many of our items are custom embroidered to order. Turnaround times are estimates and may be extended due to machine maintenance, equipment repairs, staff availability, vacations, holidays, or high order volume. This applies to standard orders AND rush orders. If we see that your rush order is going to be delayd for any reason, we will contact you.

Inventory For Online Orders
While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, we don't have a way to seperate inventory from our physical location and our website. Some TRVL items may occasionally become backordered or unavailable after your order has been placed. Because inventory is managed by the manufacturer, there are times when we are not immediately notified that an item has gone out of stock.
If this happens, your order may be delayed while we wait for the item to become available. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control.
If an item is expected to have an extended delay or is discontinued, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for the item to be restocked, selecting a replacement item, or receiving a credit on your Little Stitches account for the unavailable item.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
