Refund policy

At Little Stitches & Co., we want you to love your purchase!

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Accompanied by the original receipt
• Have all original tags attached
• No final sale item- mark down item (seasonal items have 2 business days)

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for another item or store credit. 

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, and embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to resell them.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe there is an error or defect with your order, contact us within 3 business days so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
