Welcome to Little Stitches & Co. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products are custom embroidered, personalized, or made specifically for your order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including names, monograms, initials, dates, thread colors, fonts, sizing, shipping addresses, and any other customization selections prior to submitting an order.

Little Stitches & Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Turnaround Times & Shipping

Our posted turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed ship dates.

Because we offer custom embroidery services, occasional delays may occur due to machine maintenance, equipment repairs, supplier delays, staff illness, vacations, holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.

Once an order has shipped, Little Stitches & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Order Changes

A $10 Change Order Fee will apply to approved changes requested after an order has been placed.

Change requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, we may be unable to make requested changes.

Additional charges may apply if the requested change increases the value of the order.

Order Cancellations

We do not allow for order cancellations once the order is submitted. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for eligible non-custom merchandise.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Have original tags attached
• Be accompanied by the original receipt
  Final sales and mark down are not allowed for exchange or store credit. Seasonal items must be exchanged within 2 business days. Seasonal items after the holiday are not elligble for exchange or store credit. 

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, and embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Order Status Requests

We understand the excitement of receiving your order. To allow our team to focus on producing and fulfilling orders, we kindly ask customers to refrain from requesting order updates before the posted turnaround time has passed.

Customers will automatically receive notification when their order ships or is ready for pickup.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders not picked up within 90 days of notification may be donated, discarded, or returned to inventory without refund or compensation.

Product Availability

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels. In the event an item becomes unavailable, discontinued, or backordered, we reserve the right to cancel the affected portion of an order and issue an appropriate refund or store credit.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost profits, carrier shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Little Stitches & Co.'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, graphics, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Little Stitches & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Little Stitches & Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
